Connie Mack Baseball
Competitive community baseball for players making the transition to the full-size field and beyond.
Montgomery Township Baseball & Softball Association is proud to participate in the Bux-Mont Connie Mack Baseball League, one of Pennsylvania's premier community baseball leagues. Since 1953, Connie Mack Baseball has provided competitive opportunities for players as they transition from youth baseball to high school and beyond.
Our program offers baseball for players ages 13 through adult competition across multiple divisions designed to match each player's age, skill level, and commitment. Whether you're making the transition to the full-size 90-foot field or competing at the highest level before high school, there is a place for every player.
Games are played on regulation baseball fields with 90-foot bases and a 60-foot, 6-inch pitching distance, preparing players for high school baseball while emphasizing player development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and competition.
MTBSA competes in the Bux-Mont Division of the Pennsylvania Connie Mack Baseball League, joining organizations from throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The league is governed by an elected Board of Directors that establishes playing rules, league policies, and postseason competition. Each member organization has defined player boundaries based primarily on local high school attendance areas.
Our Program
Every registered player has the opportunity to play Connie Mack Baseball at MTBSA. Depending on age, experience, and ability, players may participate in one of several divisions ranging from developmental baseball to the league's highest level of competition.
B1 Division
Highly competitive baseball comparable to travel baseball.
B Division
Competitive baseball for developing high school players.
C1 Division
Advanced competition for younger players transitioning to the full-size field.
C Division
Developmental baseball focused on preparing players for regulation baseball.
Select divisions require tryouts, while others use a draft format to create balanced teams. Players who are not selected for a tryout division are placed on an age- and skill-appropriate team whenever possible.
Continue Playing
Senior Connie Mack
Players can continue their baseball careers after the traditional Connie Mack divisions through Senior Connie Mack. Senior teams compete throughout the summer and are not restricted by territorial boundaries, allowing organizations to build teams from multiple communities.
